How can a website help your hospitality trade?

After a potential customer has browsed your social media and reviewed websites such as Trust Pilot, they are more likely to commit if you have your own website.

To keep up with the competition, you need to be showing that you’re professional and contactable. Keep your website up to date with the latest information that benefits the customer, alongside recent photos to prove you keep things fresh with reasons to return.

Encourage online bookings with discount codes for repeat business, display your seasonal menus, promote entertainment evening tickets and local facilities. Give your customers the easy reassurance that you are the one to spend their hard earned money on.

Perfect for:

  • Pubs & Restaurants
  • Weddings
  • Outdoor attractions
  • Hotels
  • Entertainment
  • Travel & Tourism
  • And more!

Hospitality website FAQs

Let us answer those for you.

Our simplest website solutions start from £250.

Please book in a free consultation call with us, so that we can provide you with an accurate quote to ensure there are no scary surprises:

  • How many pages your website will need designing and building.
  • If you would like areas to update content posts such as local news or upcoming events.
  • If there are any review tools such as Trust Pilot or Google that you wish to integrate.
  • Would you require additional functionality such as ecommerce systems or booking tools?

Before going live with your website, we will show you how to use your website – such as adding and editing content.
If you like, the training sessions can be recorded for you to refer back to.

Although we’re always here to help you once your project is live – we want you to be confident at using your website. We build them to be user friendly!

Yes your website can be launched to the public in stages. For example if you don’t yet have enough reviews collected with an external review tool – we can integrate this into your website for you later.

A good website is never finished, give your customers reasons to keep returning!

The quote we give you at the beginning will either include additional time for creative freedom; or will be rather exact if you know exactly what you’re looking for.

Before starting any work – we ask you to provide us with examples of designs that you like. These examples do not have to be like for like of your own industry – they just need to show the general style you are looking for, along with any branding assets if you already have these.

We’ll have another round of design work, however if it’s still not to your liking and your design request was rather specific – we’ll charge by the hour as a fair use policy.

Of course, all content created belongs to you as long as your invoices are paid.

You may not be able to open some design files at home if you do not have the programme (e.g. Photoshop) but you are welcome to have all assets sent over for your safe keeping.

We would recommend it for most hospitality trades. Customers want to know if they can get in with you before picking up the phone.
Take a look at our booking systems page for more information.
